The companies agreed on the development and sales of a joint product that will allow APM Pro to manage intersections alongside highways. Exelerate is excited to report that it has signed an agreement to cooperate with Techvision to integrate Exelerate's Falcon traffic management and control system together with Techvision's traffic light controller cabinets. Techvision has hundreds of controllers already installed in Poland and in other territories and the companies intends to cooperate in order to implement Exelerate's Falcon in these controllers. Exelerate is excited to announce that it has signed an agreement for cooperation with COMSA INDUSTRIAL, a subsidiary of COMSA Corporación, which is operating in the fields of infrastructure development, industrial engineering, services, and concessions. COMSA Industrial operates in the field of rail, electricity, electromechanical installations, control systems, ITS, and more. The company's headquarters are in Spain with a wide international presence. Exelerate and COMSA are presently exploring opportunities to cooperate in traffic-related projects in Europe and South America. We want to Thank Rafael Montesinos Astiz and Mustapha Halhoul for making this happen and we look forward to our mutual success.

Exelerate is excited to report that it has concluded an important agreement with SmartCty Ltd, a leading technology company operating on highways in the US nationwide. The project includes the development of a Smart Entrance/Exit Ramp (SEER) innovative solution. Sales and marketing will initiate in the USA where Smartcty has a substantial foothold.

Exelerate's team presented at the EcoMotion event in Tel Aviv in May 2022.
We are excited to release the demo video of the integration performed between
Exelerate's Falcon Traffic Light Management and Control System and
Atos Group Urban Data Platform (UDP). In the demo, we show how traffic
light control can directly improve the levels of air pollution. This is done by
an integration between the UDP (which is a city-level management system
connected to the air pollution sensors) and Falcon (the system which is used to
operate the traffic lights). For more information, you are welcome to view the
